02Who we are

A vertically integrated Tanzanian agribusiness.

We manage the entire supply chain from Lake Victoria and our fertile lands directly to the commercial market. By controlling every stage: cultivation, harvesting, processing and distribution, we guarantee traceability, quality and consistent volume for our wholesale partners.

03What we do

One company, integrated agricultural value chains

A diversified agribusiness portfolio: high-yield aquaculture integrated with seasonal agriculture and poultry, so operational risk is balanced and market supply stays consistent through the seasons.

Aquaculture

Our commercial Nile tilapia operations at the Itumbuli cage site on Lake Victoria are designed for scale and sustainability. Utilising advanced cage farming techniques and a meticulously modelled staggered harvest cycle, we mitigate supply risks to ensure an uninterrupted, year-round yield. This allows us to comfortably meet the high-volume demands of institutional buyers with fresh, premium-grade tilapia.

Explore

Agriculture

Seasonal cereals, pulses and horticultural crops, grown and handled to one standard from field to buyer, so volume agriculture complements the lake and the poultry lines across the year.

Explore

Livestock & Poultry

Broilers, indigenous chicken (kuku wa kienyeji), layers and fresh eggs, built on the family's poultry roots and managed to one documented standard; wider livestock lines are in development.

Explore

Food & Agro-Processing

Hygienic processing at the point of harvest, arranged to order: gutting and scaling for fish, dressing for poultry, grading and packing for crops, so value is added before produce leaves the chain.

Explore

Agricultural Inputs

Feeds and custom formulas, day-old chicks, seeds, fertilisers and crop protection, sourced genuine and supplied to order; tilapia fingerlings follow with our hatchery.

Explore

Equipment & Machinery

Agricultural machinery, processing equipment, pumps, tools and irrigation kit, imported and supplied on order for commercial farms and smallholders.

Explore

Supply & Distribution

We offer seamless, end-to-end fulfilment for enterprise clients. Through structured offtake agreements and dedicated standing orders, we provide hotels, institutions and processors with guaranteed volume and predictable pricing. Our logistics infrastructure ensures that fresh produce and protein move from harvest to your facility with strict cold-chain integrity.

Explore

Storage & Infrastructure

Robust infrastructure is the backbone of our supply chain. Our chilled handling and dedicated cold-chain transport mitigate spoilage risk and maintain product integrity from harvest to delivery. By treating our warehousing and logistics as critical, compliance-driven assets, we ensure maximum shelf life and operational liquidity for our B2B off-takers.

Explore

Trade

Produce aggregation into the Warehouse Receipt System and TMX, warehouse-to-port logistics, and import and export arranged on order, connecting Tanzanian production to structured markets.

06People

The people behind the harvest

Agriculture is ultimately about people: the family that signs for the company, the team on the water and in the field, and the customers who put the harvest on their tables.

Owned and directed by the Samo family. The people who sign for the company are the same people on the water and in the field.

07For business buyers

Built for business.

We supply wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, institutions, food-service businesses and distributors through offtake agreements, standing orders and quotation, with guaranteed volume and predictable pricing.

08Quality and sustainability

Grown responsibly, handled properly

Daily water-quality checks on the lake, clean housing on land, disciplined feeding and rigorous grading: product integrity is engineered into the operating routine. Certifications are published as they are obtained and verified.
